SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. Customers:

All orders will be processed 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday, during 9AM-7PM Pacific Standard Time.  All orders placed after 7PM Pacific Standard Time, will be processed the next business day.  All orders placed on Sunday, will be processed the next business day.  Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of the order.  Though orders may be shipped earlier, please allow for the specified delivery time to ensure quality of the order.

NOTE: Delivery times may be longer if jersey is on back order.  Shipping rate is $10/unit.

International Customers:

All International Orders Are Shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), And We Do Not Collect VAT (Value Added Taxes).  All Taxes, Duties, And  Customs Fees Are The Responsibility Of The Recipient Of The Package.  Please Contact Your Local Customs Office Regarding Your Country’s Custom Policies.

NOTE: If for any reason the order has been held in customs, “Major Concepts” Co. is not liable for any delays of the order after the specified delivery time.  Delivery times may be longer if jersey is on back order.  Shipping rate is $25/unit.

RETURN POLICY

U.S. Customers:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, due to any of the following… the wrong version, wrong size, misprint, or defected jersey from manufacturer, please return jersey to the address provided and we will at no cost to the customer make the requested correction and immediately in the mentioned timely order ship to the customer the correct or undamaged ordered jersey.  Jersey must be returned unworn, odorless, unwashed, with original hang tag attached and with original invoice sheet to validate return. Customer must place in writing, on their invoice slip, one of  the given reasons above, to justify return. If the correction is a higher priced jersey, then the customer must pay the difference, totaling the correct price for the jersey.  Returns are accepted up to 14 days from shipping date. “Major Concepts” Co. will also reimburse to the customer, any Shipping & Handling cost due to a discrepancy on our part.  Please allow 7-10 business days from the date returned jersey is received and return has been validated by “Major Concepts” Co. for the reimbursement of shipping charges.

NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST CLEARLY STATE ONE OF THE GIVEN REASONS ABOVE FOR RETURN.  Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for any returns due to customer error.  Reimbursement will only be for our standard ground shipping rates. We Do Not Give Refunds For Purchased Orders.  All Sales Are Final.

If the correction is a higher priced jersey, then the customer must pay the difference, totaling the correct price for the jersey.  When returning an order, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, taxes, duties and customs fees.  Unfortunately We Cannot Refund Any Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees Or Shipping Charges On The Returned Order.  However “Major Concepts” Co. will refund only the initial shipping charges and waive the shipping charges on the resent corrected order.  Customer will still be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees on the resent corrected order.  Returns are accepted up to 14 days from shipping date.  Please allow 7-10 business days from the date returned jersey is received and return has been validated by “Major Concepts” Co. for reimbursement of shipping charges.
